Description and Applications
PETRONAS Syntium 3000 AV 5W-40 is synthetic based with CoolTech™ technology that effectively controls heat, resists oxidation and prevents oil degradation and deposits to protect parts and maintain engine efficiency throughout the drain interval.
PETRONAS Syntium 3000 AV 5W-40 has been specially developed for passenger cars, SUVs and vans with turbocharged petrol and diesel engines with direct injection, e.g. B. Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz (see associated operating instructions). It is also suitable for vehicles that are powered by biofuel and have an exhaust gas treatment system and emission-reducing devices such as diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters, fuel injection, multi-valve technology or turbochargers and run under difficult conditions.

PETRONAS Syntium 3000 AV 5W-40 is formulated with CoolTech™ technology to combat excessive engine heat for optimal engine performance and to protect critical engine components. It achieves this through the following properties:
- Exceptional resistance to oxidation or oil degradation - effectively controls sludge build-up throughout the engine, keeping every part of the engine operating at maximum efficiency, optimizing power delivery and reducing emissions.
- Superior lubricating properties to protect against abnormal wear in the valve train and cylinder walls. An important protection against engine damage that would lead to a deterioration in engine performance and an increase in emissions.

In connection with the sale of combustion engine or transmission oil as well as oil filters, we are obliged as a dealer to inform about these regulations and obligations in accordance with the AltölV. We would like to point out that used oil or oil filters and oil-containing waste that regularly occurs during oil changes are hazardous materials that must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. You can return the waste oil to us in the quantity corresponding to the quantity purchased from us.

You can deliver the oils there at any time during our opening hours. Alternatively, you can also send us the used oil - if you pay the shipping costs. If you send us the used oil by mail, please note that special transport conditions may apply to used oil. In principle, the disposal of waste oil is also possible at petrol stations or recycling stations (e.g. recycling yard on site), sometimes for a fee. The local municipal information office will be happy to provide you with information on the disposal of waste oil. If you have any further questions about the disposal of waste oil, please contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
