60 days Right of return

As a special confidence bonus, we grant you a voluntary 60-day right of return. You can find out the exact details and information about the legal right of withdrawal in our AGB. To ensure that the return is always free of charge for you, you can make use of our free return service. Please always indicate your order number.

Attention! To ensure a smooth processing of your return, we need a fully completed return form.

To get your return form, please follow the link below. Please note that DHL only transports packages with a maximum size of 120x60x60 cm. If your return exceeds these dimensions or the weight of 30 KG, please contact our customer service.


Returns management

After receipt of the return it will be processed immediately. The processing time for returns may vary depending on the reason for the return, delivery times and the completeness of the information you require.

Return form

Please use our form enclosed with your invoice for a smooth return and quick processing. Please let us know, among other things, in this document your wishes on how to proceed: You can choose whether the item should be exchanged or the value of the goods credited to you. replacement article / used parts deposit

Exchange articles are goods which are generally overhauled by the manufacturer. These are occupied with an old part deposit value, which you pay additionally with the purchase. Please return the defective, complete old part franked together with the completed return form to us and state your bank details legibly in the shipment. After receipt of your old part, we will transfer the corresponding deposit value back to your account.

Warranty application

If you want a warranty check, please use the Warranty Application Form (PDF). In order to facilitate the processing, a description of the error, with additional photos, is very helpful. In the case of a warranty, the processing time may vary, as the goods must be sent to the manufacturer and checked there. Our employees will then inform you via e-mail about the further procedure.

Please do not return any unfree packages to us, as the origin and contents of such packages are unknown to us at the time of acceptance.

Credit balances and credit memos

Credits from returns will be refunded by us on the way of the original means of payment.

  1. Credit from orders with PayPal, will be credited to your PayPal account
  2. Credit from orders with credit card, will be refunded to your credit card account.
  3. Credits from orders with the following payment methods will be refunded to you by bank transfer:
    • Prepay
    • Immediate bank transfer
    • cash on delivery
    • Purchase on account
  4. Credits from corporate customers will normally be credited to the customer account.
